But if you purchase from our website we will ship to you directly from our supplier as they are much better at packing neon bar signs than are we, and they are just as fast at shipping so most signs will ship within a day or two.

In stock: Items are on hand at our facility and ship in 1 to 3 days.
On order: Items are on order, and will ship to you as soon as they arrive. In general, add about a week to delivery. Occasionally our suppliers will back order items to us. If this happens with your item, you will be notified as soon as possible with options for waiting or refund.
Out of stock: Items may take up to three weeks. If you order out of stock items, you will be notified, and/or refunded if we have a problem with that item.
Back Ordered: Indicates that the item has been back ordered to us. In most cases we do not know when to expect these items.
Drop ship: This means your item will be shipped to you directly from our supplier. Please add an extra week to delivery times.
Special order: Please add two to three weeks to delivery times. The return policy is the same as all other items, except you may incure up to a 20% restocking fee on certain items.
Return Policy: All items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be in perfect condition, and with the original packaging. |
