If you order out of stock items, you will be notified, and/or refunded if we have a problem with that item. Back Ordered: Indicates that the item has been back ordered to us. In most cases we do not know when to expect these items. Drop ship: This means your item will be shipped to you directly from our supplier. Please add an extra week to delivery times. Special order: Please add two to three weeks to delivery times. The return policy is the same as all other items, except you may incure up to a 20% restocking fee on certain items. Return Policy: All items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. Items must be in perfect condition, and with the original packaging.
