On Order: If items are on order, they will ship to you as soon as they arrive. In general, add about a week to delivery. Occasionally our suppliers will back order items to us. If this happens with your item, you will be notified as soon as possible with options for waiting or refund.
Special order: Please add two to three weeks to delivery times. The return policy is the same as all other items, except you may incure up to a 20% restocking fee on certain items.
Return Policy: All items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less actual shipping charges. Items must be in perfect condition, and with the original packaging.
