Do you want to know who are you buying from? Dakine Decor.com was founded as a website in 2004, with such success that we turned it into a retail store in 2008. You can visit our store at Strand and 21st in Galveston Texas. We stock and ship most items from our store. If your order arrives during store hours, it is pulled from the shelf, boxed carefully, and is ready to ship before the days end. Some items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If so, the item is ordered right away, and generally ships within a few days.

If an item you order is out of stock, we like to give you the choice of receiving a refund or a back order if the item will be available in a reasonable time. You are never charged extra freight on back orders. If an item is noted as a "Special Order" please add two to three weeks to delivery times. The return policy is the same as all other items, except you may insure up to a 20% restocking fee.
Return Policy: All items can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund less actual shipping charges. Items must be in perfect condition, and with the original packaging. Please ask for a return authorization prior to shipping it back to us to insure the refund is applied correctly.
